OTT-kanalen ska ge fans mer utbud och tillgängligt när de önskar.
Initialt kommer kanalen att visa bland annat futsal, bakom-scenen-innehåll och intervjuer.
Även tyska Bundesliga kommer att visas på kanalen UEFA.tv.
